Services and pricing

• Deed of Surrender — £450
  Documents the agreed early termination of a lease. Registration of the surrender of a registered lease costs an additional £250 plus the applicable Land Registry fee.
• Agreement for Surrender — From £450
  Used where a lease will be surrendered later once agreed conditions have been satisfied.
• Option to Renew Lease — £650
  Documents an option for the existing tenant to renew its commercial property lease. The applicable Land Registry fee is additional where required.
• Renewal lease by reference to existing lease — From £650
  To renew an existing commercial lease on the same terms and conditions as the previous lease (with the term and rent updated).
• Rent Review Memorandum — £200
  Formally records rent reviewed under the terms of a commercial property lease.
• Statement of Truth or Statutory Declaration — £650
  Explains how and when a registered commercial lease ended where no formal Deed of Surrender was completed. The applicable Land Registry fee is additional.
